today has been the worst day i have had in a while… and i didn’t even have a panic attack, but there is still 7 hours to go, so i should not talk so soon. i am ruminating about just being me, you gotta know that is a bad sign. good thing i can talk out all my negative feelings and worries with… with… with… oh wait, no one.
